VEKA Polska expands production site in Skiernewice

Our Polish subsidiary VEKA Polska inaugurated a completely new and approximately 6,000 m² production hall at the beginning of September 2020. In a first phase, the new building will serve to increase capacity for foiling. In addition, there is an innovative multimedia center for technical training and a social building.

During the construction phase, which lasted several months, the plant in Skiernewice, Poland, was thoroughly modernized. The aim was to create modern working conditions, increase employee satisfaction and create a place where the products of VEKA Polska can be presented in an appealing way. "Our company is constantly developing. We are expanding our offer and introducing new technologies. Our employees work significantly for this success, which is why it was so important for us to increase their working comfort," says Paweł Ciepły, Managing Director of VEKA Polska.

In addition to the production expansion, a social building with kitchen facilities is now available to employees. A multimedia technical training center with an additional training room has also been set up. National and international online meetings can now be held in a professional environment. In addition to the training center, there is also a dedicated showroom with various exhibits to present modern technologies. of VEKA Polska.

VEKA Polska now employs around 600 people at its Skiernewice site, just about 80 kilometers from Warsaw. The plant was founded in 1994 and today supplies more than 160 window manufacturers in Poland and neighboring countries.
